The business is built around a father and son team, Cliff and Jake, whose shared love of riding brought them together long before Down Under Motorcycles was ever imagined.

For Cliff, motorcycles have been a way of life since he was a young boy. Growing up on dirt bikes, he discovered early that freedom isn't found at a destination. It's found on two wheels, exploring new roads, meeting new people and creating stories that last a lifetime. Decades later, that passion burns as strongly as ever.

As Jake was growing up, Cliff passed on everything he knew. Weekends were spent riding dirt bikes, learning the fundamentals of control, respect for the machine, and most importantly, the joy that comes from being out on the open road. What started as father-and-son rides became a lifelong bond built around motorcycles and adventure.

Today, that passion has evolved into a shared love of touring and the iconic Harley Davidson lifestyle. Between them, Cliff and Jake have ridden countless kilometres, explored some of Australia's, and the world’s, most spectacular roads, and experienced first-hand what makes a truly unforgettable motorcycle tour.

Their philosophy is simple: treat every rider the way they would want to be treated.

As Jake puts it:

"I'll give riders the experience that I want as a rider."

That means carefully planned routes, great accommodation, incredible scenery, quality motorcycles, and the freedom to simply enjoy the ride. It means understanding what riders need because they are riders themselves.
